Layla Saghafian is an Engagement Coordinator at the Bourse & Bazaar Foundation. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a master’s degree in International Migration and Public Policy. Her work explores the intersection of migration policy with foreign policy and broader global inequalities, and her master’s dissertation examined how visa restrictions and security-based migration policies shape the academic mobility of Iranian graduate students and scholars.
