Khalifa Al Suwaidi is a Senior Fellow at the Bourse & Bazaar Foundation focused on the Integrated Futures Initiative. An Emirati scholar of global affairs, Gulf security, and UAE foreign policy, Khalifa holds a PhD from Durham University. He spent a decade as a national security professional in the UAE before subsequently teaching at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and the Rabdan Academy. He is the author of The UAE After the Arab Spring: Strategy for Survival (I.B. Tauris, 2023) and is a regular participant in a range of regional dialogue tracks.
